User Guide - Introduction

• The Accounts module  for creating and e-filing to Companies House unaudited annual financial accounts.
• The Register module for creating and e-filing to Companies House statutory forms and annual returns.

Both modules use the same user-created database of companies and the same e-filing techniques, but possess their respective databases for creating and storing their different data. You may have just one of the modules installed or both, depending on your licence option.

Data for the accounts module is either imported or entered directly for each set of accounts created whilst initial data for the Register is imported from the Companies House system.
