What is TDF? |

| TDF - TrueData Filer - is a desktop software program designed to easily produce those statutory documents and accounts which every UK Limited Company is obliged to file at Companies House. Filing these documents is carried out electronically via the Companies House Gateway system. | ||

Why do I need software to do this? |

| If you file documents on paper you don't, but if you want to file electronically, you cannot send them in an email or as an email attachment because Companies House will only accept e-filed documents in XML or XBRL formats. TDF uniquely and automatically creates a virtual image of your documents in the required electronic format. | ||
