  the UK's leading e-filing software

Paper filing has passed its sell-by-date

What is TDF?

TDF - TrueData Filer - is a desktop software program designed to easily produce those statutory documents and accounts which every UK Limited Company is obliged to file at Companies House. Filing these documents is carried out electronically via the Companies House Gateway system.

Why do I need software to do this?

If you file documents on paper you don't, but if you want to file electronically, you cannot send them in an email or as an email attachment because Companies House will only accept e-filed documents in XML or XBRL formats. TDF uniquely and automatically creates a virtual image of  your documents in the required electronic format.

Why can't I continue to file documents on paper?

You can for the time being - until e-filing becomes mandatory - but in the meantime there are dozens of reasons why you should scrap paper filing now and convert to electronic document filing - here's just a few.

For whom is TDF designed?

TDF is designed for anyone who files accounts or statutory documents at Companies House. You may just file a few documents for a single company. You may act for a group of companies and file a few dozen documents per year. Perhaps you deal with many client companies and regularly file hundreds or thousands of forms/accounts.

TDF is now recognized as the desktop e-filing software of choice by:
